Refund policy

We want you to love your Aurelley pieces.

Returns: Unworn items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive defective.

Refunds: Once your return is received, we'll refund your original payment method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong item? Email hello@aurelley.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund.
