Where do you ship from, and how fast?

Everything ships from our US warehouse. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 2–7 business days.

Is the jewelry gentle on sensitive skin?

Our pieces are designed for everyday wear, and many styles are nickel-free — check each product's details. Our 925 sterling silver styles are naturally hypoallergenic.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Keep it dry — remove before showers, swimming, and workouts — and avoid perfume and lotion. Store it in the pouch it arrives in and wipe gently with a soft cloth.

How do I find my ring size?

Wrap a strip of paper around your finger and measure it against a ring size guide. Between sizes? Size up.

What's your return policy?

Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive defective.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free US shipping on orders $50+. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.95.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely — every piece arrives beautifully boxed and gift-ready.
